Once you arrive at Divine Designs, you will checked-in and then escorted to our men’s or women’s changing rooms. You will be provided with a locker to store your personal items along with a robe and slippers for comfort during your service preparation time. Our changing rooms include the use of our pristine and refreshing rain-forest showers and hair dryers to freshen up after your service. Once you have changed into your robe, you’ll be escorted to the spa-waiting area while waiting to be taken to your treatment room by your assigned therapist. We ask you to please bring up any specific concerns and let your therapist know your preferences for massage pressure, room temperature, music volume, essential oil selection, lighting, and other variables. In order to fully enjoy your treatment, please arrive at least 20 minutes early for your appointment to allow time to change into a robe and slippers. Please leave all electronics on silent mode in the locker provided for you and do not bring any valuables with you. We simply cannot be responsible for any lost personal items.
As with all of our spa treatments, you must inform us if you’re being treated for any injury or illness, if you’re pregnant or planning to have a baby, and of all known allergies, including food allergies, which you may have. Our treatments may use products that contain natural food or nut based ingredients, organic plant based ingredients, cosmeceutically produced ingredients, or a combination of these sources.
