Unless otherwise noted, model services are performed by a New Talent or New Associate. There is a prepaid and non-refundable fee for your model service once scheduled and requires the completion of our Model Release Form online prior to the date of your reservation as well as payment by cash upon checkout. Model services are not eligible for corrective or complimentary adjustment services and we reserve the right to select the Service Provider that performs your service. Model Services are valid for a limited time with online bookings only, subject to availability, prepaid and nonrefundable once booked, not valid for use with any other special offers, promotions, discounted prepaid gift-cards, bonus dollar cards, or account credits, has no cash value, is not eligible for any cash-back and the model service fee does not include gratuities.  Model Color Fee includes a single-process color application and additional product fees may apply for any double-process or specialty color if requested by you.
